Hello I am a responsible fully employed working professional looking for a small space to park and do minor work on my personal vehicles for both therapeutic and practical reasons. If you or someone you know has extra yard space, an unused garage, an unused lot etc.you may be interested in renting out, I would love to speak with you. I have been studying building small plywood boats and would be interested in doing that as well if possible. Thank you very much
