Requirements to obtain this year’s annual training certificate and ID card: 1. Attend one session of recert training a. You will complete the fit test and written test at the training 2. Complete OSHA required medical monitoring and bring a copy of the signed medical form to your training session or email a copy to [email protected]. 3.
