Looking for two people to work from 6-7pm on June 23rd at the Miami Convention Center to check people in for our networking / mixer.
Last year, we had 350 people, so one person won't be enough. You'll have an RSVP list (from eventbrite) and for those who aren't on the list (which may be a good number) you'll be expected to make sure they give you their name and (legible) email.
Casual, conservative business dress is required. No t-shirts, ripped jeans, sandals, flipflops, etc.
You should have your own laptop, ipad, or cell phone where you can load up the eventbrite app. You'll have the option of checking people in that way or just checking their name off on the eventbrite list, welcoming them to the the party, and that's it!
It's an easy $100 per person for 1 hour's work. Payable immediately upon completion of the gig. Not before.
It'd be ideal if you've done this sort of work before, have a reference or two, and if you can send on a link to a website or something. (LinkedIn, actor website, CV, whatever.)
