Apartment Complex is seeking for an Maintenance Technician
You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
* Basic knowledge of Plumbing, drywall repairs, painting, A/C & Electrical.
* Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment (preferably own basic tools)
*Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
*Weekend and periodic on call required.
Full Time Job / 8 hour shift
