Join us every month at AleSmith Brewing Company for our Women's Speaker Series. This series features local inspiring woman discussing topics to help promote women's leadership by sharing their accomplishments, challenges, and insights. Our goal is to build a community of women from different backgrounds through speakers and workshops to help them achieve their professional and personal goals. The next Women's Speaker Series will take place on June 20th 5-7:30pm at AleSmith Brewing Company located at 9990 AleSmith Court. San Diego, CA 92126. Admission is free with RSVP through Eventbrite. This Month's Topic is Understanding the Importance of Emotional Self-Awareness in Leadership Roles with Penny Payton. About Penny Payton: Penny Payton built a thriving career as upper-level management in corporate America for over thirty years until a near death experience disrupted her well planned out life. As a result, she left the workplace ten years ago and has dedicated all of her time to researching toxic stress, childhood, and generational trauma. She’s a certified energy leadership coach focusing on conscious lifestyle transitions. Penny has authored her first book, sharing the vulnerability of her journey and is in the process of co-authoring a second book with a colleague in higher education.
