Presented by the Minority Business & Nonprofit Association (The MBNA) and Keep Athens-Clarke County Beautiful (KACCB), The Athens-Clarke County Community Cleanup invites you to join your fellow citizens on June 25th for a day of service and celebration. The Cleanup: We'll meet at 10:00 at Walker Park to pickup our trash grabbers, trash bags, safety vests, and assignments. Small groups will then fan out around the neighborhood to clean up any litter we find. The Cookout: Athens' favorite chef, chicken jerker, and celebrity Rashe Malcolm will be at Walker Park as we return to serve up a delicous lunch. We rented a pavilion for shade and we can all hang out, enjoy great food, and celebrate our service.
