Class Fee: Members: $160Non-members: $180 Class Description: "More Letting the Light In: Crafting and Writing Our Unique Stories" is a highly interactive class focused on therapeutic and creative aspects of writing. In the classes, participants will write about personal narratives, healing journeys, and ways we can "let the light in" and self-care during chaotic or stressful times in our lives. Participants will create their own self-care journals and come to know themselves as creative artists with a story to own and tell. No experience is needed, and beginning /intermediate writers will benefit from the shared activities. The Instructor:Carlyn C. Bland is a lifelong writer and educator in Clarke County, Georgia. She has led numerous workshops in writing for students and adults. When she is not writing, she is hiking and spending time with her family and cats.
