Cat looking for perfect home

I am looking to rehome my cat. Her name is Jade, her age is undetermined, she is up to date on shots, and spayed. She is extremely clingy and affectionate, loves to be with a human. She is good with other cats and other dogs, has had no problem and showed no aggression. I’ve never even heard her hiss. Shes good with kids as well. I got her in February from the shelter, she was extremely skinny, smelled awful and had scabs all over her. I basically fixed all of that and am now trying to find her perfect home for her. She is in love with human food and will get it at any chance she can, which has resulted to her jumping on the counters. I want to find the best possible home for her where she will be loved and given enough attention. With jumping on counters and knocking over the trashcan to get food, she has been kept in my bedroom with her litter box when I leave the house. I don’t feel as that is fair to her.
