CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to find a Strafford County fugitive wanted on a bail violation.
Michael Kelly Elliott is 29 and stands about 5 feet, 8 inches tall. He weighs 137 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. Elliott has his name tattooed on his right front arm and has the word "Loyalty" tattooed on his chest. Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, said Elliott sometimes uses the alias "Aaron Cote."
"Elliott is wanted for a condition of release violation on an original offense of possession of controlled drug (fentanyl)," he said. "Elliott was last known to reside in Rochester, NH, but his current whereabouts are unknown."
The warrant against Elliott was issued by the Strafford County Sheriff's Office.
According to superior court records, Elliott is a felon due to a robbery conviction in September 2016 after an incident in Rochester in November 2015. He was charged with drug possession in January and March 2021 out of Rochester and Strafford as well as a theft of a utility service charge out of Strafford. Elliott was assigned to a drug court program in September 2021 on those charges. The current charge was from July 20, 2021, out of Somersworth.
If you know where Elliott is or see someone who looks like him, do not try to apprehend him yourself. Call local police or the marshal's district office at 603-225-1632.
