Are you flexible and open to learning?  for our Maintenance Helper - no experience is required!  Our client is a global steel and mining company and the leading producer of infrastructure steel products. They provide high-quality products and services to customers, have achieved the highest production efficiency among their competitors, and foster a work environment for employee development.  Based in North Portland, we're hiring a Maintenance Helper who will act as an integral part of the maintenance team. What we need is an individual who is willing to support all maintenance needs, perform set ups on job sites through out the mill, break down, transport tools, assemble and disassemble tools and essentially prepare work sites for Journeyman Electricians and Millwrights. Responsibilities include light facilitates maintenance, building maintenance, housekeeping, and cleaning as required.  We'll Provide:  A high starting wage- $20/hr + monthly incentives Permanent employment - stability!  Benefits- health, vision, and dental coverage. Cover yourself for as little as $39 a month and per dependents for $79 a month! Start with 10 days of PTO!  Overtime hours- 1.5x pay!  401k - 5% company match  Separate savings retirement on top of your 401k FSA and HSA Apprenticeship opportunities to grow!  Requirements:  No experience is required, but having previous manufacturing or general labor experience, preferably experience with different types of tools is a plus!
