My tenant needs to go!!! I need a team of 2 or 3 people to empty a 1-bedroom subrented, you know how the story goes. Preferably you can handle a bit of whining or even yelling from a crazy lady. No, I'm not the landlord, and yes, I was stupid for trying to help my friend and fellow single mom. I let her be my roommate. Live n learn, kids. Anyway, the job is to take my key and empty the place. Is this some sort of stealth attack? No, she's behind on rent by 3 months, and I'm on the lease for eviction. This is also be in broad daylight, you tell me your schedule. Pay is $150 for one hour. I'm SERIOUS about getting her out, and my landlord says I need to call the cops. I'm not calling the cops!
