Shoegaze band looking for a bassist

We are two guitarists and a drummer. We practice in North Hills in the SFV. We have a ton of gear and our own spot to jam and record. We would prefer a female bassist and vocalist to round out the vocals but open to all genders. We all have day jobs and such but want someone that is committed enough to practice on the weekends consistently and record and play shows eventually. We are very committed to making this something bigger so no flakes. We are in our 30s and early 40s so would prefer someone around that age and maturity.
