The Richmond Hill Block Association, with the participation of Animal Care Centers of New York City, is hosting their 13th annual "Pet Adoption Day" on Saturday, June 11th from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM. The pandemic prevented the RHBA from hosting this event in 2020 and 2021, so we’re thrilled to resume helping our furry friends and the community. This event will take place at the Buddy Monument Plaza in Forest Park, which is located at the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Park Lane South, in Richmond Hill. This June 11th event marks the thirteenth year that the Richmond Hill Block Association has reached out to the community to help animals in need, resulting in well over 125 pets being adopted into loving homes. Dogs and Cats will be available for Adoption and/or Fostering. Volunteers from the Richmond Hill Block Association will be giving out pet supplies to each adopting individual/family.
