Press release from the City of Alameda: ALAMEDA COUNTY — Caltrans has scheduled two overnight closures of the State Route 61 Webster Tube June 8 and 9, 2022. The closures are overnight only. The tube will be open in the daytime. The Webster and Posey tubes connect the cities of Alameda and Oakland. ALAMEDA COUNTY The tube will be open in the daytime. The closures are nighttime only.
