Property Management Company accepting resumes/applications for the position of “Maintenance Tech (Special Projects)” for their East Charlotte apartment communities. Qualified individuals should have at least 1 year of experience in a repair person maintenance role, Driver’s License, and Truck. Successful candidates will have working knowledge in the following areas, but not limited to: · Plumbing · Electrical · Painting · Carpentry experience. Able to replace sub-floors and handrails. · Maintenance of grounds · Ability to multitask and prioritize · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. · Ability to work in limited space areas (crawl spaces) · Ensure all make-ready repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner · Handle after-hour emergencies, (rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies) · Complete Work Orders · Be a team player · HVAC and CPO certification preferred Hours: 8 AM TO 5 PM Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 based on certification and experience levels Guarantees 40hr/week schedule Company assisted contributions for the following benefits: 401K Health Insurance Vision & Dental Insurance Paid Vacation SEND RESUME FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION - CALL ASK FOR BELA
