I have 2 fireplaces and 3 plumbing boots for 3 new pipe vents that need to be sealed. This is a 2 story house. You must have your own ladders and safety equipment. I dont believe the job would take more than 1 hour of actual work once you get onto the roof.
House does not have insurance, so anyone responding to this ad expressly agrees that you hold the owner of the house harmless in case of falls or any injuries.
