My company is House on the Hill Construction LLC. I am a small General Contractor looking to expand. I have more opportunities than I can manage at the moment and need to spend more time in the office and off the bags. I am looking for a quality construction professional to help me out with all manner of large and small jobs. I am ideally looking for someone with a license that I can 1099 ((business, C class, handyman, etc) although employment may be a future option We handle all manner of work big and small, residential and commercial. Most projects require a basic proficiency in framing & finish carpentry, cabinet installs, window and door installs, electrical, basic residential plumbing, drywall and mud, fencing, roofing, concrete. Must have most basic hand and power tools, truck/van.
