Inside and outside work, depending on weather. Inside requires removal of drywall, plaster, lath, etc. Materials to be seperated and carefully stacked or bundled. Emphasis on neatness. Exterior work includes tear-down of porch, removal of aluminium siding, windows, ashault shingles, roof decking, sheathing, and framing and moving materials around the job site. Tools will be provided. Schedule has flexibility, but we need to agree when you want to work and stick to the plan. No-shows and lack of comminication will quickly erode work relationship. Candidates must be self-motivated and safety aware. A team of two people is an option if you have a good duo. I am happy to hire men or women and mainly looking for people who are consistant and work well when on the clock. If the fit is right, there will be general labor work for the summer with opportunities for incrememtal raises and training up on some basic construction skills. I prefer to pay weekly if the schdule becomes regular. Daily cash pay sometimes attracts workers that don't fit for the job. I am willing to pay initially daily as we establish trust, but will shift into weekly pay if it becomes regular work.
