Rehoming a Black Lab/Shephard

We are no longer able to care for our sweet dog Cooper the way we want to so we are seeking to rehome him. He is up to date on his vaccinations, is dewormed, and fixed. Paperwork included if needed. He knows basic commands but is still in need of further training. We got him in February 2021 and the previous owners did not know his exact birth date but we assume it was at the end of December 2020 which would make him a year old at the end of this month. He responds to his name Cooper, loves to go on a good 40 minute to 1-hour walk as he is high energy (slowly calming down as he grows older). We really want him to go to a home that will be loving and caring so when you inquire, I'll ask a few questions to make sure that he does go to a loving owner/family.
