Maine coon mix needs help

Found a kitten on my front porch ppl keep dropping kittens off thinking im the shelter that's actually behind my house but they aren't accepting kittens anymore right now so could be another reason they show up at my place. I can't take this kitten in and adopt it and my shelter in my area isn't accepting kittens so I'm hoping someone can adopt her. Only downside is she seems to have hurt either her leg or her paw I can't tell but when you touch it she meows so it definitely hurts her. She's free obviously she looks about 9 weeks maybe 8 she's a longhaired tourtoushell.
