Staffable Agency is seeking a qualified candidate to join our existing team to manage recurring, consistent Saturday shifts at events in the Greater San Diego area. There are also some optional, occasional weekday and Sunday shifts Candidates should have experience in similar roles, be highly detail-oriented, and possess excellent leadership qualities. TO APPLY OR QUESTIONS SEND: Your resume specific to managing promo events onsite EMAIL SUBJECT: SD Manager DUTIES: • Lead a team of 2-3 Brand Ambassadors on a wide array of activations including: cause-related, charities, pro sports, guerrilla marketing, community group events, and holiday events. • Manage event execution and B.A. performance onsite (not a work from home position) • Pre-event preparation tasks, Post-event recap and photos submission, inventory of storage unit, and more. GENERAL INFORMATION Staffable Agency, Inc. is seeking a manager with experience in both managing BA's and executing promo events for a fun, easy, and rewarding job. The theme of this campaign is "pay-it-forward". Our teams work at outdoor locations, essential businesses, and events to help the local community: pro sports events, food banks, shelters, pet rescues, parks, dog parks, shopping centers, plus guerilla marketing shifts and more. You'll be representing a well-known auto brand (Client prefers the brand not to be posted) by giving people a helpful, fun experience. It's like being a paid volunteer or boy/ girl scout. RATE: $35/ hour to work every Saturday TIMES: Typically, 10am-3pm REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE: Managing events and staff onsite with a resume depicting that experience. GENERAL: Professionalism in all aspects including communication, execution of events; demeanor; and timeliness. TRANSPORTATION: A reliable vehicle that fits small premiums and or signage (mileage compensation offered) APPEARANCE: Conservative appearance; Clean cut; No facial hair (no beards, mustaches, goatees, stubble, or facial hair of that nature); No tattoos visible with short sleeves (without any type of cover-up) WORK ATTIRE: Business casual khaki pants, white sneakers, plain black or brown belt Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you!
