Remodeling a three story house including basement, need a guy that knows what hes doing to work along with me and subs, also does not need to be baby sat. This is all permit work and preferably you should have an OSHA card, if not that's ok. Jobs in Providence, starting in about two weeks. Job Description: Work on some roof framing Replace some floor joists Subflooring Tile, floating floors Finish carpentry Jackhammering foundation / slab Installing doors and windows Framing, sheetrock etc.... Requirements: Pass a background check Have your own tools Own transportation Valid drivers license Be proficient in structures and load bearing walls Know how to lay floating floors, tile showers, proper install techniques, know how to waterproof (IE Schluter systems) Rough & finish carpentry IE: Trim and cabinets Hang sheetrock without destroying it in the process Be comfortable using jackhammers and other tools Time management skills & Multitasking Honest, trustworthy, problem solver & responsible & pays attention to details, if this sounds like you reply to this ad.
