Need a bit of help

Hello and thanks for checking out my post. I am a 68yo male about 85% disable. Next Friday on the 17th, I am having surgery on my right foot. I will be laid up for 10 days after words And I am looking to find someone who could help me out every other day for about an hour or less. Also I need someone who can pick me up after surgery and drive me home. Would appreciate any response if you want to ask more of what I need. I can't pay a lot but pay what I can. Thanks in advance.
