Wanted: looking for general contractor to do the following on my Minnetonka house built 2002: - tear off 100 sq ft of stucco. - shore up massive 8x12 beam with temp posts - remove partially rotted floor joist and rim joist (20 ft) - replace with new wood - re-stucco 100 sq ft Must be - licensed - carry workers comp - good with text messaging - start work in June or July and finish within 30 days of starting.
