We are a small art collective seeking 2 new mates for July 1st. There are 5 spaces total with a shared kitchenette/tea space. Large old factory windows, wood floors, baby grand piano, access to an elevator (We are on the second floor) We would like to find folks who want to join us long term (1 year would be ideal but we are open to a shorter commitment if necessary.) Rent is $132/month + $264 upon move in to contribute to last month and Security deposit. Currently we have a book/print maker, sculpture artists who work in the mediums of metal, leather, found objects, textiles and wood. There is enough space and time for each member to have alone time in the studio as well as shared creative time. Heat is included during the colder months and we have a small a/c unit for the summer.
