Seeking a full time maintenance technician for a 150 unit apartment community. Knowledgeable in apartment turnover maintenance and preventative maintenance of an apartment building. Boiler and pool license a plus but not a requirement.

* Electrical * Small appliance repair * Plumbing * General maintenance * Positive attitude * Self motivated *
* Willing to learn * On call emergency rotation * Great customer service skills *
Starting wage $26 to $31 depending on experience.
