Duties include but not limited to:
* Grounds pick up * Light landscaping * Working in turnovers * Cleaning common areas * Cleaning vacant units *
Maintenance Technician on site to mentor and guide with possibility of moving up to a maintenance technician in the
future. Not required to live on site.
* Great customer service skills a requirement * Ability to work alone * Reliable *
