As a Straight Truck Driver for Evergreen Goodwill you will operate commercial vehicles transferring donation containers and/or processed goods in a safe and efficient manner. This position is for our Mobile Team where pick ups are made from donation sites, including Goodwill locations and special/one-time donors. Essential Functions Drive commercial vehicles to designated locations including, but not limited to, inner city traffic. Transport donation containers from ADS site to plant or outside stores. Transport processed goods to outlying stores. Transport waste to transfer station. Dock and liftgate loading and unloading. Pick up special donations and deliver goods as requested. Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction. Minimum Job Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 year driving experience Current WA state driver's license Must be able to pass Pre-Employment drug and alcohol test. Essential Physical Abilities: Lifting and carrying 30 - 40 pounds Developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers) Standing for long periods of time; frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders. Able to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain).
