Janitorial Description: * Detail Oriented *Cleans and keeps up surfaces and material in site *Sweeps and mops floors *Vacuums *Cleans and disinfects toilets and replenishes supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels *Responds to urgent situations, such as spills, that require quick action *Orders cleaning supplies using SWEPT and maintains an appropriate stock at all times *Mixes liquids for basic materials to create effective cleaning supplies *Operates and maintains equipment such as vacuums cleaners *Collects and removes trash from site *Notifies supervisor when something is damaged or in need of further services *Maintains a level of security in a building, such as locking doors and using access codes for restricted areas and rooms. Supervisor Position: *Previous supervisor experience *Must have all qualities in Janitorial position *Must be bilingual (Spanish and English) *Site coverage: cleaning when sites are open or cleaners are out sick *Training new cleaners and completing the new hire checklist with new employees (this is something we will train on, not immediately). *Site inspections and updating Trello with photo’s on site condition. What looks good? What needs improvement? *Site deliveries (delivering of cleaning supplies to sites). Registering the supplies when checking out from warehouse and checking in. *May include rotating laundry and preparing supplies for delivery. *Weekly about the up-coming schedule and daily with any changes. *This role requires flexibility. There will be times your time will be required outside the outlined hours hired for. In those times, the company will adjust your time off accordingly and give as much advanced notice. **Paid Drive Time between sites ONLY AS A SUPERVISOR** **Mileage Reimbursement. ONLY AS A SUPERVISOR** Legal documentation to work in US Required. ***Must have reliable transportation*** Schedule: Janitorial hours/days: Monday-Friday 2.5hrs each day (Sometimes Saturdays) Evening. Start time after 7:30pm when facility is closed to the public or during low traffic. Payrate: $$$ Location: Marysville Schedule: Janitorial hours/days: Weekends 3hrs each day Evening. Start time after 7:30pm when facility is closed to the public or during low traffic. Payrate: $$$ Location: Edmonds Schedule: Supervisor hours/days: Monday-Friday 5-7hrs each day (Every other weekend) One day off when working weekend Evening. Start time after 6:00pm Payrate: $$$ Location: Everett Managers speak Spanish and English.  Benefits:   *You will qualify for health and dental insurance (50% paid by the company) after 6 months, at 35 hours or more weekly. *Sick time can be used as time off as well, which will be accrued based on the number of hours worked (.02 hours for every hour worked).
