I need a handyman NOT A full blown contractor to put in vinyl floors for a 13x14 floor Drylock or paint, seal basement wall. You must know what you are doing for the wall, please take a look at the photo You must let me know or go with me to purchase all materials need, I will pay for all the materials. I will not respond to your email without your labor price. I am not looking for a one time handyman, I am looking for someone who I can keep. I have many jobs after this one, I own 50 properties.
