Need someone to put up 3 frames for me in my basement and put the drywall on the ceiling. I have all the wood and drywall all you need to bring is your expertise and tools. Before reaching out regarding the offer, please be aware and open to the following things: -You don’t have the gig until it is agreed upon -if we agree on a time for you to show up then I do expect for that agreement to be met and if it cannot be - COMMUNICATE it. -Houses aren’t stretched too far apart in my neighborhood and I have very nosey neighbors. With that being said, if you accept the offer DO NOT speak to anyone outside of my household about any work being done on MY house. If anyone approaches you when you’re working - direct them to me.
