I am looking for a LEADER A leader on a construction-type site, who is a pacesetter, that will establish the standards and repeatable behaviors that they expect to see from their install team(s). This Leader will have a significant effect on how the members of the construction crews perform. Their performance will either lead to a successful project, or to a loss. They must have the ability to take ownership of the outcome – and to make quick adjustment to coarse-correct. The Leader will prepare for their work by looking ahead 1-2 weeks in advance. Such a focus allows time for planning, preparation and positioning…along with more efficient material ordering. This Leader will be required to understand the general scope of work that will be completed; including what advance warnings or requests need to be considered. MUST have knowledge in the gutter, roofing OR general construction experiences. MUST be a goal setter and passionate worker. MUST have impeccable communication skills. MUST have the ability to learn our vision and culture. Should be passionate about teaching and developing others, in order to better the individuals and overall team.
