Gigging band seeking Drummer

We are looking for “that” drummer for our band, WhoIAre. We’re an original band out of Raleigh whose style is a blend of funk, rock, soul, etc. We practice in Raleigh and gig often throughout the Triangle and around the state. There would need to be a lot of work put in to get the songs to where they need to be, especially in the beginning. So we’re looking for someone who can put the time on their own as well as during practice. This is something we would require. For gigs we split the money earned evenly.
