Description
Our client, a luxury skincare brand, is looking to hire a temporary Selling Specialist based in D.C/Maryland are with the ability to travel between locations. The ideal candidate will be able to provide sales support and communicate effectively to relay all business needs in their assume territory. Candidates must be available to work 15-28 per week with shifts taking place Thursday-Sunday.

Job Duties Include:
Achieve sales goals in assigned stores throughout territory
Assist in execution of in-store events to support initiatives
Connect with store leadership during each visit to understand current state of the business
Establish and develop strong relationships at store level
Support partnership with employees and clients by providing service and support in store
Ensure merchandising areas are visually in accordance with merchandising standards and communicate outstanding issues
Maintain regular call cycle to stores and effectively manage schedule and travel
Job Qualifications Include:
Beauty industry experience required
Strong communication skills
Experience in beauty retail stores
Ability to be proactive in approaching potential clients
Responsible for sole means of transportation necessary to travel within the given territory
Hours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives
