A 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, NITA pioneered the legal skills learning-by-doing methodology over 40 years ago and has since remained the ultimate standard in continuing legal education. We need people to play the role of jurors at our mock trial in Washington, DC. You must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in order to participate. Pay is $40 cash at the conclusion of your trial Dependable people are needed to hear and critique a mock trial NITA does NOT validate parking so please plan accordingly or take public transportation The role as juror is critical to helping the attorneys learn how to try a case better and improve the quality of justice When: Sunday, July 24, 2022 Morning session (check in at 7:30 am) Trial runs: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm or Afternoon session (check in at 1:00 pm) Trial runs: 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm Where: American University 4300 Nebraska Ave NW Suite C111 Washington, DC 20016 We only allow each individual to attend one session.
