Company which owns and manages buildings in and around the Spokane CBD is seeking a full time building engineer to be responsible for building maintenance/repair, minor renovations and coordinating vendors. Requirements: - Minimum 2 year building maintenance experience - Some experience in the following areas: o HVAC o Electrical o Plumbing o Janitorial o Minor Carpentry - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing - Ability to follow directions - Ability to prioritize and work without supervision - Valid driver’s license & proof of insurance Monday thru Friday, 10AM – 6:15PM; after hour’s minimal Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
