We are currently seeking a Maintenace technician to join our awesome team. You will be responsible for completing make-ready units, work orders and other requires tasks. Responsibilities: Complete make ready units Complete work orders in a timely fashion Perform routine preventive maintenance Snow removal (weekends included) Must be able to take on-call for emergencies every 3 weeks We are looking for a team player who is able to multitask and come to work with a positive attitude. Must be available Monday-Friday from 7am - 5pm and must be available to be on call every 3rd week. Must be reliable, hardworking and motivated. Great place to work with awesome benefits!
