We are a Family Housing Coop with 100 Townhouses looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician The position requires a person who has General skills working in the field of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, tile, drywall, HVAC diagnostic and repair. Requires basic technical skills and knowledge to tackle a wide range of work orders and jobs that may need attention. Ability to multi-task is required. You will be required to handle other tasks as delegated by the Maintenance Supervisor and/Office Manager with little or no Supervision to complete the task at hand. A friendly and positive attitude working with staff and residents is a must. The Full-time open position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Housing Property. A valid Colorado Driver’s License is required. Must be able to perform a wide range of physical demands such as lift 50lbs, squat, kneel, stand, reach, climb, and must be able to grip power and hand tools. Certifications are a plus. The Full- time position is Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm The position also will require you to be on-call after hours and Weekends in a rotation with a team. If hired, you will be required to pass a background check.
