Property manager and house rehabber. Seeking an Experienced Handyman for various rehabs and rental properties. Must have own vehicle, tools, pass a background check (no felonies), and a drug test (Marijuana okay). No alcohol or marijuana permitted on job sites. Please leave a message or text providing: 1. Favorite type of work to do (ie drywall painting rough plumbing etc.) 2. Least Favorite type of work or what you don't know how to do. 3. What work would you like to learn how to do. Please be specific and don't say you're proficient at everything. There is plenty of work to go around. This is a 1099 position, and pays fast.
