I work all over the valley, I try to stay east valley but go where ever the money is. I’m needing to hire a Jack of all trades asap. I do home remodeling mostly painting but some General Electric & plumbing as well as drywall repair ect. This is full time, the right person should have quality work at a fast pace. I’m looking to turn at least 1 house a week for now. This is piece work and can get an advance at 30% and 60% and at 80% waiting for the closing for pay out.
