Super snuggly white husky! A friend of mine left this guy with me to watch while she got settled in with an out-of-state move. She then ghosted me for a month and sent me a random text telling me I could keep Duke. I’ve tried reaching out to her several times with no response. Unfortunately, I work two jobs and I just can’t give this boy what he needs. He is a high energy husky who would be great to join someone on adventures! He’s been with me almost two months now so this is what I know about him. He is up to date on his shots but is not neutered. He does well with my cats. He is crate trained and will happily take a bath. He LOVES to snuggle. He knows basic commands. He will let you know if he wants or needs to go outside. He is slow to warm up to new people and environments. I took him to the dog park once and he did not do well. He didn’t want to play and he growled at other people and dogs, so I think he will do best as an only dog. He does not bark unless someone comes to the door. He loves car rides. He is allergic to chicken. He loves to chase birds but has never successfully caught one. I don’t know how he is around kids as mine are all grown.
