Therefore, this position description is designed to outline primary duties, qualifications, and job scope, but not limit the incumbent nor the organization to just the work identified. It is our expectation that each employee will offer their services wherever and whenever necessary to ensure the success of our endeavors. Objectives: This position works collaboratively with and assists the lead installer and other install team members at a given site or sites to ensure that Alpha Stone Works installs are constructed to specified standards of quality while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Installers aid with ensuring vehicles are properly stocked, installs are completed to customer satisfaction, quality control, general site cleanup, detailing, general labor activities and that communication takes place throughout the install team. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Works collaboratively with Install team to ensure trucks are properly stocked and maintained Communicates clearly with Project Scheduler and Project Lead regarding daily schedule and daily install expectations. Coordinates with team members regarding Project Approach – schedule, means & methods and is familiar with potential install concerns. Promotes a teamwork approach with other team members & customers. Consistently demonstrates behavior supportive of a professional environment. Ensures exceptional product quality to provide a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering project as promised. Ability to communicate project schedules and project completion. Works collaboratively with Project Lead to identify and resolve areas of concern regarding install. Review and submit to file all quality control checklists. General Duties: Know and understand the scopes of work as described in the project file. Conduct installation of stone as described in scope of work project file Be familiar with the aspects of the project budget. Verify customer selections prior to installation. Make on-site decisions as to whether a process or product meets requirements. Ensure understanding of production schedule and communicate with Project Lead regarding any concerns and/or needed changes Ensure job presentation, safety, organization and cleanliness of job site. Use of communications skills to coordinate with Team Members and homeowners in a professional manner. Ability to show care when handling stone Manage tight deadlines, short notices and changes with complete flexibility. Knowledgeable in Alpha Stone Works products: install, design, safety and quality requirements; and technical documents (CAD, etc.). Knowledgeable in various products and their application, and able to work collaboratively with other install team members. Able to assess situations, identify strategies to rectify issues and ability to communicate effectively with Project Lead as to the appropriate course of action. Follows company operation procedures. If procedures need to be customized communicate with supervisor. Ability to professionally communicate project status to Customer. Ability to “think outside the box”. Identify and participate in lessons learned conversations. Training and Operational: Reports directly to Project Lead. Qualifications: 1-2 years stone install experience Teamwork Oriented Customer Focus Ability to manage tight deadlines Flexibility Problem Solving Ability Time Management Basic math Strong communication Strong attention to detail and quality
