I have called the cops on this man… just posting to alert people anyways. oriental Retarded man reported disturbing the scene on rosemont avenue around 823 rosemont avenue. Loud screaming man has been seen running into the road with a gas can with his large yellow dog. He yelling from his back yard he has a “long gun” Gas cans and explosive tanks with cardboard in the front yard like he’s egging on attacks. Caught yelling. Seems like it’s Sympathetic chiming in with the environment like he’s talking to it and answering back to someone but he’s constantly looking around and long pauses so you can tell he’s not on the phone. yelling it all outside. Neighbors outside with children.
