Description

We have a small vineyard and need to hire someone with vineyard experience. We have 440 grapevines including Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Marechal Foch, Leon Millot and Irsai Oliver's. We would like to work with someone: -Who understands proper summer pruning and thinning while the clusters mature. -Who understands when the grapes are ready for harvest. -Who understands the fermentation process. We have grape / wine processing equipment. We would like to work with someone with experience and who enjoys the winemaking process.
