WATSON MANAGEMENT SERVICES is looking for a full time, dedicated, and hardworking person to fill our maintenance position.
We at Watson, manage a large amount of properties and we have onsite maintenance at our office. Aside from responding to maintenance issues for current tenants, we also do move outs and turning a property around for a new tenant.
Your duties would include but are not limited to:
-painting/caulking
-minor home repairs
-landscaping
-garbage clean up/clean outs
-light fixture repair
-appliance repair and replacing
-drywall/finishing
-lock replacement
-minor plumbing repairs
-inspections
-posting notices
etc...
must have:
valid drivers license and own car (you will be driving from job to job throughout the day)
ability to lift at least 60lbs
ability to adapt to changed plans quickly and go where is needed at that time
experience is preferred but willing to train the right person!
This is a fast pace working environment, and we need a team player to complete our current maintenance team.
