EDUCATION HVAC Training / EPA Certifications are strongly encouraged but not required Appliance (stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc.) troubleshooting and technical knowledge is preferred Classes in carpentry, inventory management, building systems, etc. are all helpful Re-keying locks or programming electronic lock systems is helpful TOOLS Maintenance technicians are expected to bring their own hand tools. Perishable components such as drill bits are supplied by the property. WORK ENVIRONMENT / HOURS Location: Work at a lovely property in Fond du lac- Vue Campus Apartments, 325 Campus Drive, Fond du lac WI in the heart of UW-Oshkosh-Fond Du Lac, Marian University, and Moraine Park Technical College Hours: General hours are Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with a 30 minute un-paid lunch. Workload may require additional hours outside this time-especially during the summer at student properties.
