**We Are Looking To Hire The Right Person ASAP** Seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual wanting to learn new job skills. Position will consist of picking up and dropping off material to job sites, loading and unloading trailers, hauling trailers, debris removal, snow removal in winter months, and other miscellaneous tasks. Potential to learn new skills and move up in a fast-paced company. Required Qualifications: • 1-3 years’ experience in construction-related field • Possess valid driver’s license and maintain clean driving record • Insurable by company insurance carrier • Ability to work with minimal supervision • General knowledge of practices, materials, tools and equipment used in general construction work • Able to lift 70 pounds • High School diploma Duties & Responsibilities: • Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times • Pick up and drop off purchased items and deliver them to the yard or jobs sites as directed with company vehicles • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor to our vendors • Keeps daily checklist, receipts, and logs, as directed • Practices good housekeeping techniques, including maintaining an organized and clean work area • Assist with snow removal during winter months • Actively participate in maintaining a safe work environment • Provide assistance on construction sites as needed • Perform varying daily work duties at varying locations with flexibility and be responsible for prioritization, time management and organization of work duties with the ability to be redirected at any given time • Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules • Experience in reviewing construction material order forms • Strong Communication skills, both written & verbal • Ability to maintain attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned • Assist with project completion in the field as needed • Ability to multi-task and organize the day and routes
