Local real estate company is looking to hire a part time handyman ASAP. The hours will vary but will increase in the future. You can work day or night and set your own hours. The pay is $125 Retainer per month and $30 /hour once arrived at property. Tasks will involve completing minor punch list items at various furnished properties around town. For example: installing new door knobs or locks, assembling furniture, unboxing supplies and furnishings, completing minor repairs on the properties, and helping with staging, moving and lifting. You must have your own transportation and tools and work as an independent contractor.
