Transmission help, please no flakes

I have had so many people offer to help me A( with payment as negotiated) but not ONE has followed through. My car needs what is was told is the Brain of the Transmission, one guy who did look at a little box on the side. Killeen has not been good to me, kicked out of affordable housing so new owners can double rent. I'm a vet, handicapped old lady with a brain concussion and all i want is to see my deceased only child's children in Florida. The mover I had stole over $850.00 of stuff still in boxes. A person who I paid to help me stole a van i rented and wont even call me now. I need to live in my car. I need someone who can give me an estimate and get it fixed. Please, be honest, this is a real person with a real life.
