Our goal is to create an environment where residents want to hangout and "Party With Your Neighbors". Events themes include: Pool Parties, Halloween, Holiday, Fiesta, Oktoberfest, St Patricks Day, Grand Openings and more! Our work environment includes: • Flexible working hours (with 3.5 - 4 hour shifts) • Lively atmosphere • Safe & welcoming work environment • Fun team of individuals • Growth opportunities • Gig work/1099 position Hiring for: Event Planners/Staff, Bartenders, Entertainers, Sales/Marketing positions ⁃ ⁃ EVENT PLANNER / EVENT STAFF POSITION ⁃ ⁃ Job Duties: • Help unload, set up, clean & break down event • Hosting by socializing with guest & client • Set up/serve catering station & set up bar stations • Ensuring catering and bar are running smoothly • Getting pictures of the event & posting on Instagram ⁃ ⁃ BARTENDER POSITION ⁃ ⁃ Job Duties: • Set up, clean & break down bar station • Handle mixed drinks & beverages during event • Ensure bar station is stocked & runs smoothly during event • Hosting by socializing with guest & client ⁃ ⁃ EVENT INFO ⁃ ⁃ • Event shifts are 3.5 - 4 hours long • Multiple events a week • Starting rate is $100/event • Bartenders also make tips • Paid weekly • Event locations: Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa ⁃ ⁃ IDEAL CANDIDATES ⁃ ⁃ • Weekend availability & weekday evenings availability • Strong sense of responsibility & reliability • Strong attention to detail • Able to stand for an extended period of time • Problem solver • Positive & friendly attitude • Team player • Ability to lift at least 50lbs ➡ ➡ Check out our Instagram for past event pictures: @partywithyourneighbors • • APPLY TODAY • • • Reply to this listing with your past experience, resume & any info you want us to know • Visit and submit your application there • Send us a message on Instagram
